The cheapest SINGLE pump ‘Packaged Pumping Station’ suitable for raw sewage or surface water on the market. This system is a fully rigged ‘free-standing’ sewage pump system. The specification of the system is as follows:

* 600mm diameter x 1.0m deep HDPE (high density polyethylene) chamber with 450mm diameter ‘clear opening’ access way.

* 450mm diameter, pedestrian weight, access cover and frame.

* Tank fitted internally with 2″ bore, full-flow, PVC, double-union, non-return valve and PVC pipework assembly.

* 1 No ACP50 Submersible Vortex Sewage / Drainage Pump, 230v/ 1 phase WITH 50MM SOLIDS HANDLING ABILITY.

* 1 No galvanised steel pump lifting chains (affixed to pump),

* Tank discharges on 2″ BSP thread with adaptor provided to suit discharge pipework (typically 63mm o/d, MDPE pipework).

* Storage capacity of 300 litres (to the brim).

* Maximum pump head of 12 metres.

* Maximum flow rate of 11 litres per second.

* Inlet socket(s)/cable duct/vent(s):- We provide a self-drilling kit (comprising of holesaw & arbor), push-fit rubber socket(s) to accommodate 110mm o/d pipe (and/or 160mm o/d pipe),

* 63mm o/d MDPE female Plasson adaptor and / or a hose tail connector if required.
